This company did an excellent job. Their work was professional, skillful, organized, and very clean. The workers were friendly, respectful, and hardworking.

I had never heard of this company before and found them through Google. After speaking with them, I felt that they were sincere, honest, and trustworthy, so I decided to give them a chance. They did not disappoint me at all.

Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and for doing such a great job on my house. I am very happy with the results, and my home turned out just the way I wanted. I would definitely recommend this company to others!

Gibran, the owner and chief operator of GN Quality Exteriors, is a brilliant young man with an incredible attention to detail and is blessed with impressive problem solving skils. I think it's safe to say that he is a perfectionist. He insists on never taking any short cuts and makes sure to do everything right from start to finish, regardless of project type by being personally involved in each project. The "Quality: in the name of his company is not just a clever marketing ploy, it very much describes the nature of the work they perform.

Gibran also goes out of his way to make sure the customer is treated like royalty. For non-routine projects such as replacing and/or redesigning a deck and constructing a patio, he is excellent at communicating the various options to the customer as well as listening to any concerns and input the customer may have. Gibran is very friendly, personable, and easy to talk to while still being highly professional. These qualities, in addition to his bids being extremely competative, made it a very easy choice for me to hire him and his teams for all maintenance projects on my house: 1) Roof replacement; 2) Exterior paint job (see photo); 3) Gutter replacement; 4) Replacement and redesign of my deck (see photos); 5) Contruction of a patio (see photos).

I couldn't be more satisfied than I am with all of the projects, especially the deck and patio since they required a lot of ingenuity and problem solving. I should also mention that all of Gibran's teams (different teams for different project types) were very careful to not leave a mess when they were done. Of all the contractors I've hired over the past 30 years, GN Quality Exteriors is the one I am most enthusiastic to recommend!

Note that the patio, as seen in the photos, has not yet been sealed, which is why the pavers currently have a dull look. This will change with the application of a sealer in the near future, which will make the patio very shiny and brilliant in color.

Gibran and his team were professional, knowledgeable and very experienced. They replaced 3 of our South-facing windows in our house that had been leaking, and immediately found the source, including some flashing that had been improperly installed.

They laid out a plan, found a good price on top-notch suppliers, and provided an estimate for every detail of the job - no hidden surprises and nothing left to chance.

His team came and worked tirelessly to correct the problems and install new windows. They did a great job, above and beyond our expectations. I recommend them highly for any window and siding related work.

We had a great experience with GN Quality Siding & Roofing. From the beginning, Gibran, the owner, was professional, honest, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the process clearly, and made sure the work was completed to a high standard.

Their pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes I received.

I highly recommend GN Quality Siding & Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality exterior home work. Thank you, Gibran, and the entire team for a job well done!

Choosing a roofer, or a contractor in general, is no easy task. We waded through multiple outrageous offers on our roof before being referred to GN by a close friend. Working with Gibran was such a relief. The price was affordable and the quality top notch. We decided to use GN for a major roofing, siding, gutter project and we are so glad we chose them.
1. They are efficient. A two guy team, Amado and Josue, completed the entire project in about a week.
2. Respectful of my property. They did not squish a single flower or cause any unwanted damages. They also kindly cleaned up their worksite every single day, including picked up nails and staples with a magnet, making sure it was safe for me to let my dog out and my kid play.
3. Price. Can't beat it.
4. Communication. Amazing. Gibran rapidly responds to text messages and helps you feel supported throughout the entire process.
5. Quality. Our roof looks amazing and is CERTAINLY water tight. Gutters working as they should finally! The cricket by our chimney is a testament to their workmanship. Top notch work, truly.

Overall, couldn't recommend them enough. We are thinking about having work done in the future, painting and decking, and wouldn't consider using someone else.

Thank you GN!

Brahayan, Gibran, and the GN Exterior team did a great job on our chimney rebuild. I have had chimney issues for many years, like water leak, siding rot, wood pecker holes. Brahayan stopped by and quickly gave me an estimate. The team started and completed the project within a few days. I’m happy with the new siding and chimney. I will be hiring the team again for future projects.

I really enjoyed working with Gibran on a siding repair project on our house. He prepared an estimate for us very quickly after viewing the site, then set the demo and installation date when it was most convenient for us. As a retired General Contractor, I really appreciated his communication skills, the affordable cost, and the workmanship of his crew (Alex & Mauricio performed the installation on our project). They also left the jobsite very clean afterwards, which isn't always the case. We will use them again in the future and highly recommend them to friends.

We couldn’t be happier with the work Gibran, Brahayan, and their crew did for us. We hired them to reside part of our house, add new trim, replace a few windows, and paint. (Ours is the green house with white trim in the photos). They did a great job and did their best to minimize the disruption to our lives.

The work: We had them install/reinstall fiber cement boards. They require a lot of attention to detail to ensure they’re flashed properly (both in between the boards and where the boards edge along a roof gable), the right caulking is used, the nails are appropriately spaced, the correct amount of overlap, maintaining horizontal alignment, and there’s an appropriate expansion gap for seasonal changes. They clearly knew what they were doing because they got it all right.

The caulk lines were clean and smooth. And because of their attention to spacing with the fiber cement boards, they used an appropriate amount (not too little or too much, which is not just unsightly but causes cracking and peel away later).

One of our windows has a 12” arched trim board that needed to be replaced. They worked on it for several hours to create the perfect replacement. It was not an easy job but the result was flawless.

The previous mounting blocks for our garden hoses and exterior light sconces were never installed properly. The guys did a great job replacing them and the new ones are not only installed properly, but look so much better.

Their paint job was great. The lines between the trim paint and wall paint are crisp and straight. It’s been six months since they completed the work and I still can’t find a single spot where they over-sprayed, under-sprayed, or made any other errors. They were also very cautious around our Starlink dish, which was a big concern for us.

I’m sure I’m missing more things to add, but the bottom line is that we have a lot of experience working on projects like this one on our own and we’re very nitpicky when it comes to attention to detail; we don’t have a single critique. We absolutely love the work they did.

About the guys: Gibran and Brahayan, and their crew, were extremely respectful and considerate. They treated our property as if it were their own. My partner and I both work from home so any construction can be very disruptive. The guys did their best to minimize all of that. When they left, they packed out all of their trash. A lot of outfits will do basic cleanup but leave bits of paper or other debris behind. Not these guys. They did the work quickly and professionally.

Bottom line: We are absolutely thrilled to have found them, have no regrets about hiring them, their pricing was very competitive, and we will hire them again if we have other projects.
